2. Damaged or Defective Products: If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
3. Incorrect Orders: If we made an error with your order, please contact us within 4 hours. We’ll correct the mistake and provide a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Return Policy

We don’t accept returns for perishable items like flowers. However, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues related to quality or satisfaction.
