  • Order Cancellation: Contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: Report product issues within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: Notify us within 4 hours for correction, replacement, or full refund.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for perishable items like flowers. However, we will work with you to resolve any quality or satisfaction issues.
